Plastisol Hot-Dip

JBM Technologies uses the hot-dip process to apply Plastisol to parts that have burrs or sharp corners.  This process also provides parts with a cushion for gripping and holding.  JBM uses Plastisol with a Shore A durometer from 50 to 95.  Plastisol compounds have many colors and textures to choose from.
